About the event
Please join us on Tuesday, November 29th to make your very own ELEVATED Charcuterie Board with Truffles! Throughout the evening, you will learn and apply the key principles to making a successful and elevated charcuterie board, plus learn about the mysterious and exclusive world of truffles.
Our host Wanda Srdoc has 20+ years experience in fine foods, a long history in the truffle trade, and a profound love of truffles. She will share some fun facts and creative insights about the world of truffles and, more importantly, how to affordably cook with truffles. For this evening, Wanda is preparing a multi-sensory truffle inspired charcuterie selection of white truffle honey, truffle oil, gourmet truffle spreads, exclusive cheeses, cured meats, seasonal fruit, veggies and delicious sweet treats. The menu board will please all palettes and be inclusive of vegetarian diets. All participants will make their perfect truffle-themed charcuterie board to enjoy with a well-deserved drink. This is a BYOB - make sure to bring your favourite wines to enjoy during the event.
Wanda will be on-hand throughout the evening to answer all your truffle and charcuterie board related questions.
