About the event
Just when you thought you had the whole "sleep thing" figured out for your baby, it happens: you have a toddler on your hands. The good news is, it's never too late to support your little one in getting better sleep. In this workshop, parents and caregivers will learn practical strategies that you can use to support your child ages 2-4 years, in getting better rest. Topics will include: transitioning to a toddler bed, exploring big feelings around bedtime, and overcoming sleep obstacles. Hosted by Kimberley Anne McNamara, local Baby and Child Sleep Consultant.
