Lift your voice and share the joy of music in this welcoming choir designed just for seniors. Each week, participants come together to sing a mix of well-loved classics and uplifting melodies in a relaxed, supportive environment. No prior experience is needed—just a love of music and the desire to connect with others. Enjoy gentle vocal warm-ups, guided practice, and the fun of harmonizing as a group. A wonderful way to build community, boost confidence, and make beautiful music together.

Sheila Brand
Sheila is an accomplished vocal music educator with extensive experience teaching vocal music, Orff methodology, dance, and drama. She has also served as a vocal instructor and lecturer in musical theatre performance, guiding students to develop and integrate essential skills for stage performance.
Her professional background includes leading roles in musical theatre productions in London and New York, reflecting her deep expertise and passion for the performing arts. Sheila holds a BA in Music from Dalhousie University, where she majored in vocal performance and music education, and performed as a soloist with Music Nova and the Halifax Symphony.
Cancellation Policy
Program/class registration is non-refundable. However, if you cancel 24 hours or more prior to the start of your class a household credit will be added to your account. Credits will not be issued for missed classes without prior communication.
