Beaches Sandbox Contest Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. This contest is open to legal residents of Canada. Employees of Beaches Sandbox and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.

2. How to Enter
Submit your entry by following contest directions in full. By entering, you consent to the release of your name and declare compliance with contest rules. All entries become property of Beaches Sandbox and are not returnable.

3. Contest Period
Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (Eastern time) on the advertised deadline date.

4. Prize
Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or substitutions, except by Beaches Sandbox, which reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection and Qualification
A random draw will be conducted by Beaches Sandbox from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. Winners will be notified via email or phone and may need to complete a release form to claim their prize.

6. General Terms and Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judging panel. This contest is governed by Canadian laws. By entering, participants release Beaches Sandbox and related entities from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

7. Limitations of Liability
If the contest cannot run as planned, Beaches Sandbox reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend it.
