Stay active and energized with the Senior Upper Body Fitness Class at Beaches Sandbox!
This invigorating class, held on Mondays from 10:00 am – 11:00 am and facilitated by Mackenzie Little, is specifically designed for older adults to focus on strengthening and toning the upper body.
Participants will engage in various exercises targeting arms, shoulders, and core muscles, promoting mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being. Join us for a fulfilling hour-long session dedicated to maintaining fitness and vitality in a supportive and enjoyable environment.
